Taxation

The Robin Hood Tax con

Apparently, The Robin Hood Tax is justice because the money will be used for good deeds.

Don't believe this crap because the whole thing is a big con. This talk about the banks paying their fair share is a distraction from the fact the government had a hand in mess when they propped up their cronies in the financial sector. Instead of letting the insolvent banks fail, they endorsed the swindlers' actions by giving them tax-payers' money. Now they want to claw some of that money back in the form of taxes to fund their "good deeds". Of course, the government will get a nice slice of that pie too.

The banks will just pass the costs on to their customers so, as usual, we'll end up footing the bill.
